The mission of Massively Multiplayer For Dummies will be to help new and potential players of the various massively multiplayer games ("MMGs" such as World of WarCraft, Everquest II, and City of Heroes) get the most out of their chosen form of entertainment. The scope of the book will be broad, covering the history of MMGs and the variety of MMGs available today, and discussing techniques for picking the right game, mastering the game mechanics, and finding a group or guild that fits the reader's play style. Games and topics covered in this book will include: X-Box Live service, World of WarCraft, Final Fantasy Online, Everquest (1 and 2), Ultima Online, Dark Age of Camelot, City of Heroes, Lineage, Star Wars Galaxies, D&D Online, Middle Earth Online, Matrix Online, Tabula Rasa, and EVE Online.
