Skyscrapers rise into the sky like bleak monoliths; the homeless huddle in garbage-choked alleys; People scurry to and from work, fear always in their minds; Suburbia consists of gated communities, afraid of the influence of the outside world; Poorer sections of the city are slums, wealth is concentrated in the hands of a few. This is a World of Darkness.
