Site: Naruto Custom Character Role Playing Game, The The Naruto Custom Character RPG, or NCC for short, is a High Intelligence role playing game. It is quite different from normal RP sites in many ways. You are only allowed custom characters, and no attributes from the show or manga. Your character HAS to start at the lowest rank, and work it's way up. It is fully custom, and fully controlled by your actions, and skills at character building.
